Flute Studios

My commitment to my students

My studio is a warm and welcoming environment where I encourage my students
to define their own goals so their motivation is self-driven.
I aim to provide high-quality flute lessons to those who are keen to learn and eager to work hard; however, I expect a firm commitment to practice in order to achieve results.
Together, we will realize a high level of performance and
musical expression, both personally and academically.
Ultimately, I hope to help in the development of imaginative, creative,
and inspiring young musicians - students who lead the way among their peers
and who encourage greatness in those around them.

HELLO

Prospective students

Are you looking for a private flute teacher in the GTA?  I'm your gal!  I have a Master's degree in Flute Performance and decades of experience teaching the flute to kids of all ages and levels.  I also teach online lessons so even if you're not in my neighbourhood, we can still make music and have some fun!

WELCOME BACK

Current students

Hello, my dear flute families!  Thanks for being so awesome.  I'm thrilled that we get to make music together every week!!  Welcome to our online hub where we can build our flute community and keep in touch more easily.  Lesson details, recital dates, flute groups, it's all here!

Not sure if the flute is the right instrument for you or your child?  Curious as to what other instruments are out there that your child may gravitate toward?

Check out my Wee Winds & Baby Brass class for children aged 3-4.  Here, students will be introduced to all the wind instruments of the orchestra - and a few of their string friends, too.  We'll learn basic musical concepts, [like loud & soft, long & short, start & stop] through musical exploration, singing songs & playing games, and of course, having fun!
