Luna's Magic Flute

The history

Since 2015, I have performed Luna's Magic Flute for various audiences across the GTA every year. Venues have included Vaughan Public Libraries, the McMichael Canadian Art Gallery, Culture Days, Toronto Public Libraries, Montessori schools, farmers' markets, community concerts, and private schools/events.  I have also prepared interactive programs that engage and encourage kids of all ages to explore music. From the Roncesvalles Polish Festival to the Toronto One of a Kind Show, I love finding new and unique venues to share my music and approach to music education with others.

The performance

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Luna whose prized possession was a magic flute. With it by her side, Luna sets out on an unforgettable journey, where she makes new friends and shares the gift of her flute…until a terrible dragon tosses it into the sea!

Join me on this incredible musical adventure as Luna battles the dragon and learns the power of friendship. Adapting the sweet tale into a musical spectacle, performances come to life with a lively score, singing and storytelling, complete with charming illustrations. At 45-minutes, performances will entertain and delight audiences of all ages. And for the more curious kids in the crowd, join me on stage after the show to experience the joy of music-making by pressing different keys on my flute!
